]]> Travel Ace Assistance empieza una nueva etapa en Perú. La empresa de asistencia al viajero, con 40 años de trayectoria en Latinoamérica, pasa a operar bajo la marca Universal Assistance en el mercado peruano, la misma con la que opera en países como Argentina, Chile, Colombia, México, Costa Rica, Paraguay y Uruguay. La empresa, que fue adquirida en marzo del 2018 por Zurich Insurance Group, forma parte de su división de asistencia y seguro de viajes a nivel global (Cover More), conformada por más de 3 mil empleados en 21 países.

Con el objetivo de seguir creciendo y fortaleciéndose como empresa, Universal Assistance anunció que Aviareps, empresa líder mundial de representaciones turísticas, será el nuevo representante de la marca en el país. La alianza permite a Universal Assistance fortalecer su presencia en el mercado de agencias de viajes peruano. Con este acuerdo, Aviareps pondrá a disposición de las agencias de viaje una amplia variedad de productos y servicios asistenciales.

En esta nueva etapa, Universal Assistance presta particular atención en tres pilares: servicio, tecnología e innovación, orientados al cliente final y a sus aliados estratégicos con procesos agiles y puntos de contacto totalmente digitalizados durante todo el customer journey.

Universal Assistance cuenta con el respaldo global de Zurich Insurance Group, brindándole una mayor solidez financiera para expandir sus negocios a nivel regional y mundial. Gracias a ello la empresa se encuentra en un proceso de fuertes inversiones en la región, que involucran infraestructura, tecnología, branding y nuevas alianzas operativas y comerciales.
