Así, Universal Assistance se hace eco de la situación actual, y pone a disposición de forma gratuita, un servicio de teleconsulta médica y psicológica en los siguientes países de la región:  Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, México y Panamá.

Este programa, permite a las personas tener la posibilidad de comunicarse con un profesional de la salud, de habla ucraniano, a través de una video llamada desde cualquier dispositivo móvil, de manera rápida y eficiente. Así mismo, en caso de ser necesario, podrá obtener a una receta médica.
