]]>Por eso, acá te dejamos algunos consejos para reducirlo al máximo y recuperarte del cambio brusco de horario.
Antes de llegar a tu destino:
– Duerme bien antes y durante el viaje.
– Evita las bebidas alcohólicas y la cafeína. En cambio, toma mucha agua.
– Come muchas veces y en pocas cantidades: si se puede, consume fruta y/o verduras frescas en lugar de la comida del avión.
– Lleva ropa cómoda y evita prendas muy pegadas al cuerpo.
– Usa gafas de sol para ‘engañar’ al reloj interno.

Al llegar a tu destino:
– Sal a la calle cada tanto para que la luz del sol ayude a reprogramar tu reloj corporal
– Sigue el horario y el ritmo de vida de la ciudad o el país en donde estés
– Busca relajarte: hay ciertas sales de baño o tés que ayudan a combatir el jet lag
